The Lou & Grey Edit
Every month, Lou & Grey sends out a newsletter to all stores to update Associates on what’s coming up in the month ahead (from product assortment, to charitable initiatives, to store social). I was asked to redesign their newsletter from a printed 11x17 mailed document to an interactive experience that lives online.
The previous newsletter (see below) was dense, text-heavy, and not very intriguing for Associates (and not environmentally friendly, a value Lou & Grey holds near and dear).
We’ve gotten feedback that the stores love seeing their Instagram posts featured on the newsletter, but space for these features on the printed newsletter was always limited. With the introduction of the digital newsletter, we can now put the spotlight on even more stores and their social efforts.
