One of the main responsibilities of the Client Experience team at ANN INC is ensuring that Associates are educated on the product that they are trying to sell to Clients. To help with that, every quarter the team puts together a set of educational tools for each brand to advise on product information – from denim fits, to shoe styles, to styling tips and more. Below are a couple pieces that they asked me to design to send to stores nationwide.
The Lou & Grey Travel MVPs Guide
Lou & Grey focuses heavily on creating the perfect travel uniform and accessories. This guide was designed to educate Associates on the basics of the travel collection and teach them the ropes of curating the perfect travel outfit for their Clients.
LOFT & Ann Taylor Pant & Denim Guides
Every body is different, and LOFT and Ann Taylor are great proponents of creating pants and jeans for women that are catered to all different body types. It’s vital that Associates know how to help their Clients find the perfect fit, and so I was asked to design Pant & Denim Guides for both brands that educate Clients on the different design terms, styles and fits of their pants and jeans, inseams, and more.
Ann Taylor Shoe Guides
Ann Taylor has a vast shoe collection, so every season I am asked to design a guide that the stores can keep on the floor to reference all of the different seasonal styles, product numbers, color codes, online exclusives, and more when assisting their Clients.
